Kelowna Homestay Rates

You will find here information regarding levels of homestay that KHA offers and homestay rates start from:

Above rates are based on single occupancy in a private room.
All rates and homestay fees are in Canadian dollars.
Couples sharing the same room are welcome at one and half time of all rates.
Weekly rates apply with a minimum stay of one week and a maximum of three weeks.
One time application fee is required as following:

Guest/Student Application Fee	CAD $200

Airport meet and greet (Kelowna)		CAD $80

Homes are different; therefore, we take the time to check all Agency and make sure that they meet our minimum standards. Therefore, all homestays will include the following:

English speaking host family
Private room with a window
Comfortable bed (includes linen, duvet cover, blanket and two pillows)
Night table, lamp, and alarm clock/radio
Work desk with chair and desk lamp
Closet and a mirror
Access to TV with cable channels in the living room
Private or shared bathroom
If meals included: See B&B, 2 meals, or 3 meals plans
